Base on my experience, newly created blogs or websites dont have there pagerank (pagerank N/A or not available. This may take few weeks or months. I checked newly created blogs in Entrecard.com and noticed some of them don't have their pageranks yet. Like this blog, my pagerank still N/A. You neither i can't guess when we get our pages ranked.
